The University's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meets twice a term to discuss internal and external developments and determine the University's strategic approach. It is chaired by the Vice-Chancellor and brings together key senior leaders from across the University.

The College Leadership Team is Chaired by the Head of College and Dean of Medicine. Membership consists of the Heads of Departments, together with Director of Operations, and Academic and Research Directors, plus other members by invitation.
